Our Online Bit Fit Consult is a quick, affordable way to get personalized advice from Southridge Equine - no travel, no appointments, no stress.

Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Purchase your consult ($30 NZD).
2️⃣ Complete a short questionnaire about your horse including; mouth type, current bit, issues, and goals.
3️⃣ Attach clear photos and videos showing your horse in their current bit. (Once purchased you will receive an info sheet with examples to help you get the best results.)
4️⃣ Within 2–3 business days, you’ll receive a detailed bit recommendation tailored to your horse, including mouthpiece style, material, and fit notes.

⚠️ Please note: While we’ll do our best, online consults are not as effective as an in-person fitting and do not include any trial bits.

By booking, you are agreeing to these.

1. Consultation Overview
Our online bit consultations are designed to provide guidance and recommendations for your horse based on the information you provide. Consultations are conducted remotely and do not include physical trial bits or in-person assessment.

2. Photo & Video Requirements
To ensure the most accurate advice, clear photos and/or videos of your horse’s head, mouth, and current bit setup are required. Examples of acceptable photos/videos are provided in our information sheet.

3. Disclaimer
We will do our best to provide accurate recommendations based on the information you provide. However, online consultations are not as effective as in-person fittings. Outcomes may vary depending on your horse’s specific needs and response.

4. Refund Policy
All online consultations are non-refundable. Once payment has been received and your session booked, no refunds will be issued. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. Booking & Payment
Consultations are booked via our website at a flat fee of $30 NZD. Payment is required at the time of booking.

6. Responsibility
You are responsible for implementing any recommendations provided. Southridge Equine accepts no liability for any outcomes resulting from the consultation.
