Fager Mia TRIAL BIT 

Fager Mia is suitable if you would describe your horse as the following;

• Can be worried in the mouth but get too stiff on straight bits
• Sensitive for pressure, regularly avoiding the contact.
• Struggles to connect with the contact.
• Can overreact when you take the reins, throw its head up
• Reluctant to soften down into the bit.

Mia is a lightweight double-jointed bit with a special lockup function. The mouthpiece of Mia gives bar relief and locks upwards, which can be good for horses with a low palate, small tongue and sensitive bars.

Terms of trial; 

To book a trial; Select the bit you would like to trial and add to cart like a normal purchase. If the bit you would like is showing as 'out of stock' this means it is already out on trial and unavailable. To be notified of its return use the 'Notify Me' box to receive and email when it is returned. 

Trial length; 14 days from date the bit is received. After which the bit must be returned CLEAN and in its bag. 
(Dates will be monitored, failure to return will be treated as theft) 


Successful Trial; Should you wish to purchase the bit you have trialed, please return your trial bit, send us an email (southridgeequine@gmail.com) with the bit and size you would like to receive a code for $10 off that bit.
